And it works!!! He likes to keep all the flavorful bits - so it's nice that you can take off the strainer. No more spooning fat off the top of the gravy boat. There was barely ANY once we poured it out of the separator. GREAT BUY!!!

While the function is good, the value is not. Seems a bit overpriced for a glass measuring cup with spout.
