I use my chef's pan almost every day. The quality is excellent. I would have thought it would have been more expensive. It is perfect. I don't use my other cookware anymore, if I can help it.

Large enough for anything. I use this quite often. Bottom tends to heat quickly and transfer to the sides evenly. Nice fit for the lid. The size is versatile for my existing vented lids when needed and smooth interior lends to all sauce recovery.
