I looked everywhere for a cast iron wok before coming across this one through the food network. It is just as described. Food does not stick, it heats evenly, is roomy enough for large stir fries and it's perfect for steaming with a bamboo box. This wok is never put away, but, istead, sits on my range-top because I use it for at least half my meals.

Love this Wok!! Especially love the cast iron idea... heats evenly and consistantly. Love the rack to drain foods when frying... fantastic. Take a chance.. you won't be disappointed.
