This 2.75-in. paring knife comes in handy for making garnishes, removing cores, seeds and eyes from food and for getting around tricky corners of meat or seafood. Part of the Four Star series, this knife is made of high-carbon stainless steel, precision-honed with a laser-controlled edge, a balanced super-bolster, and a tang that extends to the back of the polypropylene handle, which is permanently bonded for seamless accuracy.

This is the type of product I would expect, unlike the steak knives, the is the handle, quality and style I find superior in a Henckel knife.
