Ramekins are of the usual high Le Creuset quality. Retain heat (or cold) very well, clean easily, and have survived accidental drops onto my granite countertops.

Great for mise en place, small desserts, and many other uses.

I love these ramikins. I just used them to pouched some eggs in the microwave, and they came out great. I just cracked one egg into each ramikin and used a fork to poke holes in the egg white and the yoke. This keep them from bursting in the microwave. Cover raminkins with a plate and microwave on high for 1 minute. For perfect pouched eggs with-out all the hassel.
