Product Description:
You can take the versatile Petite Roti Roasting Pan by All-Clad Stainless from rangetop to oven to tabletop. Its deep sides accommodate a variety of meats or poultry such as pork chops, Cornish game hens or Tri-tip for two. This roaster will hold a 9- to 11-lb. bird in its nonstick rack. Two double-riveted handles add convenience for lifting. The sturdy rack elevates roasts and more, and lifts out easily by using the handles.

Originally designed for professional chefs, this All-Clad pan has a hand-polished 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface that won't react with food. Handles are fastened with non-corrosive rivets. The All-Clad pan is the undisputed choice among 4-star chefs and is available in five distinct designs. Not to be used on induction stoves. Lifetime warranty.

  Would not purchase again

The pan is typical All-Clad; good quality, well finished and works beautifully. However, the description lists this item as being made in Taiwan. When I received the shipment, I found that the pan had actually been made in China. Had this info been accurately listed on the website, I never would have ordered it to begin with. I prefer A---Clad both for their quality, and the fact that most of their items are made in the USA.

What our Kitchen Experts Say
You'll see chicken in the supermarket labeled as broiler-fryer, roaster, or stewing. These terms describe the size, not necessarily concrete rules for their best cooking method. You can stew, fry, or roast any size of chicken, though big roaster chickens can be a little difficult to broil.
