I was so excited to order this product. Mostly because I love Rachael Ray and how could she ever put her name on something bad? Well she did. I've never had a teakettle that I had to learn how to use. The water has to not be too hot and you can't pour it out to fast or you'll get hot water EVERYWHERE!
I honestly can't believe Rachael Ray put her name on such an over priced shoddy piece of cookware!
