We use the bacon press every time we cook bacon and we are very pleased with the way it works. The bacon stays flat as desired. Because of the size, we also use it when cooking burgers. They stay nice and flat! Clean up is very easy. We store ours in the oven. Too bad it is not available in local retail stores so you can save on shipping cost.

Works great for a circular cast iron or a non-stick frying pan! I have been searching for this type of press for years! Glad I found it here!
