I'd been wanting to enjoy a healthy mini donut occasionally and wanted to have "control" over the ingredients that went into these treats. I had an amazing vegan recipe and this little pan provided a delectable result:)

It took me a couple tries to get the amount to put in the pan correct but they wowed my kids.

Had trouble getting the holes only filled 2/3 but after I got used to it it went very smooth. I ordered 3 more to make donuts for family get together. The recipes included are very tasty. I love to bake but never tried cake donuts before because of having to fry them. These are great now you need to make a pan for regular size cake donuts.
