I had a Cuisinart curved pairing knife in the past. Loved it, needed to replace it, couldn't find it anywhere. I also had pear trees, tomato plants, and apple trees all needing to be harvested, canned, frozen or dehydrated, quickly of course, so good tools were needed. It's been my observation that the right tool helps the process go quickly and enjoyably. You can't beat that. The colors made me hesitate to buy this set. I continued my search and found nothing on line that suited my needs quite like this little, pretty set. They were a joy to use.

Since receiving these knives, I have used it once and I was happy with them. The knife that I used was sharp and helped cut the food with ease.
