This porcelain 2-qt. Souffle dish is the perfect size for savory or sweet souffles and custards, or for serving rice, veggies or fruit salads. I had been looking at the souffle dishes at Williams-Sonoma when I found this one for less than half the price.
It is excellent quality, and serves its purpose as well as the more expensive one would have!
