Bought these to use as ramekins when making shirred eggs. They work perfectly for that. Will probably have other uses, too.

Oval white porcelain quiche dishes exactly as it states porcelain like fine china. Would prefer a heavier quiche bakeware and 4 oz dish is what I needed and the 6 oz altered my flan.
