These are very nice ramekins - not thick like most. I used them for creme brulee and they worked perfectly with exactly 6 oz. in each. They also presented very well. I expect to use them a lot. Thanks!!!

I live overseas and even when shipped through APO, (Army Post Office) they still arrived intact.

Bought these to use as ramekins when making shirred eggs. They work perfectly for that. Will probably have other uses, too.
