With this powerful hand blender from Viking, you get a professional grade 300 watt motor that provides powerful stability and smooth processing. Heavy duty Viking design incorporates ergonomic no slip grip handle. Rubberized no slip grip allows the consumer to grasp the unit without it slipping during processing. Two speed pulse control offers flexible performance and automatic safety shut off. The units shuts off when touch is lost from the power buttons (high and low speed). Standard accessories include stainless steel blending attachment, stainless steel whisk attachment, and 35 ounce mixing cup with lid. Five foot power cord for mobility in the kitchen.

The Viking submersible blender is the best on the market particularly for the price. Is 100% stainless steel....no plastic parts to break. Has a heavy duty motor. Does not scratch. Will puree your soups and sauces in no time flat. Love it love it love it.

I love this product. It feels sturdy and operates really well to puree soups.

I used it directly with my AllClad stainless steel pot and it didn't leave any scratches at all.

I have used it twice in a week to make soups and love it. I only wish I bought it years ago and had it for this past winter.

Highly recommended.
