This enamel covered iron casserole pot is perfect for baking, simmering, frying, and probably even boiling. While heavy, it's the weight which makes it hold heat so well. I'm loving it. Thanks Cooking.com.

This product is so worth it price. It browns beautifully and cooks everything from pasta sauce to whole chickens perfectly every time. Get one you will love it.
