I saw an article/recipe for Chocolate Madeleines and used this pan for the first time to make them to see if it they were Christmas Cookie worthy. They turned out wonderful...no stick!! A great pan!

Bake the best French Madelines

These are a great product. People like them so much we gave our baking sheets away and had to replace them. Glad I found them here although they were quite a bit less in retail stores, which were sold out. A very smooth transaction.
