Product Description:

The delicious Danish dessert known as Aebleskiver are easy to make, but they need a special pan for cooking. The Aebleskiver Pan is a superior version, traditionally constructed of durable cast iron. Serve these wonderful dough balls, which resemble doughnut holes, with jam or applesauce, or dusted with powdered sugar. Yum!

Please note: This item is not recommended for ceramic/glass top stoves.

These abelskivers are great!!! I just wish the pans were a little bigger so I could make more at one time - I did buy 2 pans, maybe I'll buy more ...
