I purchased this pan for making fried chicken but I use it for everything else. I love it and the value is fantastic. You're not going to find a better cast iron skillet than this one, period. And you cannot go wrong with this price. We Mississippian's love Emeril Lagasee and this product live up to his name!

Great Pot

This is one of the best things I have bought in such along time. And it's something I will use for the rest of my life and be able to past it down to one of my boys in fact I'm going to get another one because I have 2 boys and I can't just past down to one of them...seeing how they both like to cook. And I can always use another great pot. I fried some pork chops the other day. My fry pan stayed at 350 from the 1st to the last pork chop!
