Didn't like the top "straw" for drinking.

I liked what I saw when opening the package, but once I turned the lid to reveal the "straw" to be used to drink with I was disgusted. This plastic tube was sticky and felt more like a rubber glove (it was icky to even touch) than something to drink from. I promptly returned the bottle for a full refund.

I am very happy with this purchase. I use it daily as do my children. (It gets dropped frequently.) Very sturdy and attractive too.

THis is th best product I ave bought in years. It doesn't leak, doesn't break, keeps drinks cold for a long time. I carry it everywhere. I have owned or given away 30 of these bottles since I first discovered them....they are really THAT good.
