I found this tart pan to be of good quality. It cleaned up very well in the dish washer too. AND, the Chocolate Tart I already made in it came out beautifully!

First experience was a disaster. My wife baked a strawberry/rhubarb tart. MAKE SURE you have adequate thickener!! The second attempt turned out perfect.
