I had one of these many years ago but somehow it got lost in a move. It really does a good job of telling you when eggs are done and at a good price point.

I have used and given these egg timers for many years. I highly recommend them. However, the one I just ordered does not work as the others. It doesn't really turn dark when the egg is hard boiled.
