I make ice tea in the fridge and the normal size tea ball causes the tea leaves to be smashed. The space in this tea ball allows the leaves to seep evenly. It's also great for spices in wassail.

Very satisfied works well and it is nice to be able to put the loose tea in the tea ball rather than put it directly into the pot. It is a very convenient and neat little gadget to have especially if you prefer loose teas.

What our Kitchen Experts Say
A cup of tea usually contains about half the caffeine of a cup of coffee, depending on the type of leaf.
