I received the souffle dish in a timely manner after ordering, but it was completely smashed inside the package. I called customer service and it was replaced immediately, with no hassle or effort on my part.

I received a second dish in a few days in pristine condition. I couldn't be happier with my experience at cooking.com. I recommend them to everyone.

The dish is of the highest quality and I am very pleased.
