Product Description:

All-Clad Stainless cookware is crafted from three permanently bonded layers of metal. A layer of pure aluminum rests between an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface and an exterior layer of magnetic stainless steel. Designed to perform on all conventional ranges, as well as on induction cooktops, heat spreads quickly and evenly to produce superior results. These are absolutely my pans for cooking - and I cook a lot! I feel it is an incredible product at fabulous pricing! And it is true - they are easy to clean!
