Beautiful hand-polished interior and stainless exterior is as durable as it is attractive. Heavy aluminum core across bottom and up sides ensures even heating throughout. Conducts heat quickly -- you'll rarely need to cook at high temperatures. Lid fits securely to allow flavors and juices to remain and blend as food cooks. Extra loop handle on side adds convenience when moving from stovetop to oven to countertop.

All-Clad Stainless cookware is crafted from three permanently bonded layers of metal. A layer of pure aluminum rests between an 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface and an exterior layer of magnetic stainless steel. Designed to perform on all conventional ranges, as well as on induction cooktops, heat spreads quickly and evenly to produce superior results. Each piece features a long, stay cool handle and a well-fitted stainless steel lid.

This is a great pan. It cleans easliy and both handles stay cool after prolonged cooking times (on my gas cooktop).

This is the best saute pan on the market--but it quite large in circumference. Be sure your stove can handle it before purchasing.
