For braising meat or poultry or creating a rich and flavorful paella, this 3-qt. pan from All-Clad works wonderfully. The large, domed lid seals in the flavorful juices so your paella stays moist. The 2 handles on either side, securely fastened with non-corrosive rivets, assist with lifting from the oven and carrying to the table. A handsome, beautifully shaped piece to add to your cookware collection. Safe for glass/ceramic stovetops.

I love my 3qt. Saute Pan from All-Clad. I use it all the time and it really cooks meats evenly. I would highly recommend this product. At times it does get hard to clean. It would be good to have more instructions included about the cleaning of the pan.

Fabu All-Clad Saute Pan!

This is my first totally stainless pan. I took the plunge and now I'm a convert. This pan is must for searing and cooks evenly. It washes easily and if you need a little extra assitance, buy some bartender's helper to lift off the tough stuff. I am not an All-Clad groupie!
