Great for dull medium to lower priced knives. Puts a good edge where there wasn't one but I wouldn't use it on my good Henkles.

Product doesn't sharpen as well as I thought it would. I attribute this to the price.

It does the job, but it does scratch the blade a bit. For practice, I sharpened an inexpensive knife that is so dull I use it to ice cakes. Several swipes later, & that old knife was cleanly slicing tomatoes. However, due to the scratching, I won't be using it on my best knives.

It does not sharpen some knives as good as I expected, but it will do.

It was very good when I first got it, but the more I use it the less effective it seems to be. It is still sharpening fairly well. I just hope it lasts for a while.

The sharpener didn't sharpen as well as I thought it should even after running the knife through it multiple times.

I had an older model orange Rachael Ray sharpener that looked similar to this one that I loved. I thought that was what I was ordering. This one is a much smaller and less effective model of that sharpener. In other words, it does not sharpen nearly as well.

Was disappointed with product. I thought it would really sharpen knives. I had to sharpen while in use several times and still did not do a great job even then. Sorry. I was really hoping this would be everything I thought it to be.

I was excited to get this product but disappointed with it once I used it. It doesn't really sharpen at all. I have seen that there is a sharpener case for the knife but as I already have the knife, it doesn't make sense to buy the whole thing. I would like to try it and would buy it if it came separately.

I have Rachael Ray knives and was disappointed with the result of the knife sharpener. It really did not seem to work.

This product is a lesser version of what is described on the website. It was to have one tungsten carbide cutter and two different sets of fingers. All of which were to be easily inserted into the folding handle/base. It only came with one set of fingers that were only suitable for the final step of sharpening or truing up the edge of a blade.

This product does not put eag on a knife like explaned , I have put on a better eage on a knife with a old stile stone. I am very disipointed in this product I expected more out of it since it was backed by Rachael Ray.

This is our second Furi sharpener and Honer. But this one wasn't the same. The sharpening tongs are shorter and they make a HORRIBLE sound when pulling the knife through. My first one I loved. This one.... not so much!

I tried sharpening two dull knives by following the instructions and they were still fairlly dull afterwords. Very unimpressive performance. I would not take this product even if it was given to me.

I bought two of these a few years ago, one for my son and one for myself. I was very happy with it and the quality was very good. I recently bought one for our second home and when it arrived I couldn't beleive how bad the quality of this new sharpener was. What a difference! The quality is so bad it fell apart when I was opening it. Rachael Ray should take her name off of this product.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. IT JUST SEEMS TO BE QUITE FLIMSY WHEN TRYING TO RUN YOUR KNIFE THRU. I DO NOT HAVE ALL FEELING IN MY RIGHT HAND. VERY DIFFICULT TO HOLD ON TO. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE RACHEL RAY USE THIS.

I am not impressed with this sharpener. I put a knife through 6 times and i still couldn't slice a tomato.

Not impresses with the sharpness of the knives that I've tried to sharpen. Seems a simple process, but my knives seem less than more. Sorry I can't say good things about this product. Not typical of a Rachel Ray item.

I am disappointed in the way it sharpens my Furi knives. I like Rachel Ray products. This doesn't live up to the description.
