I have the larger more involved sharpener for myself. I bought these for my son for Christmas and my grand-daughter that is getting married in November. There is no sharpening system as foulproof and simple to use giving such great results for the price.

This is really easy to use and does a great job sharpening my knives. I bought an expensive set of knives and this sharpener helps me keep the sharpest, like new edge on them. Whenever it won't glide through a tomato with the merest touch, I sharpen it, and it's like new. I bought this one for my daughter because I know she will love how it sharpens her new knife set too.

This is a great knife sharpener! Easy to use and it works super! Also it is in it's own case so you can close it up and put it in a drawer. A good price too.

I like that it folds flat and is easy to store and when open can be used safely with right and left hand. I'm left handed and usually have to try to use my right hand with products so doesn't work well

I will make this short. Outstanding and easy to use. This a great maintenance tool if you keep your knifes sharp and don't wait until it won't cut butter. :-)

I have tried the small sharpeners available in the chain stores, but because they have only a tiny sharpening surface, any changes in pressure as you run the blade through causes nicks along the blade. The flat fingers on this sharpener solved that problem wonderfully. I was even able to put a nice sharp edge on a cheep $5 knife that i was considering to be "disposable". The only issue with it was one of the pieces that hold the unit closed was broken off. It hasn't caused any problems, as far as the unit staying closed, though. Overall, I would highly recommend this sharpener!

Gave them to my children becaus I love mine

I hate having to beg my husband to get my knives sharpened. I wanted something that was compact. This folds up and sits next to my knife block. My husband loves using it. I haven't had a chance to use it yet

It worked well at sharpening some very dull knives I have. And it was easy to do. The unfolding/assembly was a bit tricky but I was also scared of hurting myself too (I am very accident prone). Once open worked like a champ. It folds up into this neat little package to that is safely stored in my cabinet with no injury worries.

I had my doubts about this product but decided to give it a try, and I was impressed how sharp my knives were after doing it a few times! It's compact, easy to store and so worth it!

This is the third time I purchased this particular Ozitech sharpner. My first one lasted for years before I replaced it, then I sadly lost the second one in an interstate move. I could hardly wait to receive the replacement. I've been cooking for over 50 years,and this is literally the best sharpner I've ever used.

I like it. It's easy to use and quick. I haven't tried more expensive types, so I can't really compare. It beats the sharpening stone I've been using and tiny electric grinding wheels I have tried. A few swipes between uses and its sharper than I could get it on anything I've tried before. No risk to my hand either. It folds up easily to fit in a drawer.

I have used more expensive, more complicated sharpeners that take as long or longer to do the same job. This one is easy to store as it is small.

This product worked great. It made my favorite knife, which had become dull and practically useless, like new again. I would highly recommend this product.

This product is wonderful! I enjoy the ease of use and compact easy storage. Shipping is awesome and packaging also. Very please shopper. Definately will continue to shop at the Food Network Store. I also watch the show. I started cooking when I was ten but, can remember I used to pull up a chair and stand on it and asked my mother a lot of questions of how, why and how much and especially when will it be done.

Does a pretty good job for home sharpener, the price is good. Have already cut my fingers a few times, It works best with my old steel knives. The stainlees steel are still difficult to keep an edge on.
