Poor quality. Right out of the box, on the 1st use the plastic covers broke off.

Small and compact, easy to store. Easy to use and keeps the edge on cutlery.

I ordered Diamond Fingers as a Christmas gift for me and my mother. My sharpening stone and knife still just weren't getting knives sharp enough. This product works great, it was first thing we opened so we'd have it to cook dinner with ...all the knives in the rack were nice and sharp in 10 minutes. I was very impressed with ordering and shipping. Bought it Monday night before Christmas and it came on Wednesday with Super Saver shipping, I didn't expect it that fast.

The sharpener didn't sharpen as well as I thought it should even after running the knife through it multiple times.

I will make this short. Outstanding and easy to use. This a great maintenance tool if you keep your knifes sharp and don't wait until it won't cut butter. :-)

At first, I thought this was going to be a great product and just what I was looking for. Quite the opposite. It fell apart the first time I tried to use it. There are cheap plastic hinge-like things that hold it together and they broke. Also, it really kind of scratched up the side of my good Henckel knife. Should just break down and buy the more expensive professional sharpener (or hire someone to do it).

I am not sure about this yet but I am gad I got this. I have not used it as yet.

After I received this, I sharpened several of my knives. It was easy and quick. I really like this sharpener.

I purchased this sharpener for myself about a year ago and find it to be a great tool. It sharpens well, is very compact and the price was very affordable. I recently purchased it again as a gift and the recipient is also very pleased with the product!!!!

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT AT ALL. IT JUST SEEMS TO BE QUITE FLIMSY WHEN TRYING TO RUN YOUR KNIFE THRU. I DO NOT HAVE ALL FEELING IN MY RIGHT HAND. VERY DIFFICULT TO HOLD ON TO. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE RACHEL RAY USE THIS.

I am not impressed with this sharpener. I put a knife through 6 times and i still couldn't slice a tomato.

Not impresses with the sharpness of the knives that I've tried to sharpen. Seems a simple process, but my knives seem less than more. Sorry I can't say good things about this product. Not typical of a Rachel Ray item.

I have tried the small sharpeners available in the chain stores, but because they have only a tiny sharpening surface, any changes in pressure as you run the blade through causes nicks along the blade. The flat fingers on this sharpener solved that problem wonderfully. I was even able to put a nice sharp edge on a cheep $5 knife that i was considering to be "disposable". The only issue with it was one of the pieces that hold the unit closed was broken off. It hasn't caused any problems, as far as the unit staying closed, though. Overall, I would highly recommend this sharpener!

Gave them to my children becaus I love mine

I hate having to beg my husband to get my knives sharpened. I wanted something that was compact. This folds up and sits next to my knife block. My husband loves using it. I haven't had a chance to use it yet

It worked well at sharpening some very dull knives I have. And it was easy to do. The unfolding/assembly was a bit tricky but I was also scared of hurting myself too (I am very accident prone). Once open worked like a champ. It folds up into this neat little package to that is safely stored in my cabinet with no injury worries.

I had my doubts about this product but decided to give it a try, and I was impressed how sharp my knives were after doing it a few times! It's compact, easy to store and so worth it!

I had an older model orange Rachael Ray sharpener that looked similar to this one that I loved. I thought that was what I was ordering. This one is a much smaller and less effective model of that sharpener. In other words, it does not sharpen nearly as well.

I was disappointed in the product. It doesn't do any better then my other poor sharpener's. Save your money.
