Bought the Ozitech pro knife sharpener in January, when I received it I was a little surprised at the size and looks of it. However when i sharpened my knives I was amazed at how well it works. If you buy this I don't believe you will be disappointed.

As someone who cooks everyday this product is a must. Having sharp knives is one of the most important things in cooking. I always had to send my knives out to sharpen them and couldn't get the hang of using a steel. This product was a GREAT price and very easy to use. As soon as I got it I sharpened all my knives and I am in heaven. I will be buying some more for presents.

The sharpener is very compact when folded up and easy to store. It opens very easily and is very sturdy and easy to use.

I love the sharpener and it works. However, I still can't figure out the right way to open it. It seems to get stuck somehow.

As a sharp knife fanatic, with a drawer full of sharpners and stones, I found this product easy to use and providing a more than adequate edge to do most home kitchen cutting functions. I'll wait and see how long it lasts before ordering the top model. By the way, when will Guy's knife set be back in stock? Can you email me when they become available again?
