    Great for cookies. They baked great, the bottoms also. Removal easy as pie, well cookies.

    I have to admit I was hesitant to order these nonstick pans. I have never spent this amount of money on baking sheets. This set is amazing. The quality is 100%. I have used these tins to bake many things and each time I am amazed how evenly everything cooks. The clean-up is even easier. You can wipe the tin out with a paper towel and you are done. I have baked everything from crab cakes to cookies, chicken to biscuits. They have come out great and there is basically no clean up. Okay, I am done rattling! When you find a good thing you can't stop talking about it! Thanks Rachael!
