Fine Cooking calls this revolutionary grilling tool, "A cooking tool with a silly name and a seriously functional form." The sharp, spiral snare at the tip is cleverly designed to lightly pierce the edge of virtually any solid food for turning. A quick flip of the wrist and your food is turned to the other side. Use it for a rack of ribs, hot dogs, steaks or shrimp. It's also perfect for the kitchen as you turn bacon, baked potatoes or French toast. Never again will you have to wobble food on a spatula with this on hand! The set of two arrives in a solid wood box with brass fittings, a handsome case for storing.
My mom bought my dad, my husband and our son each one of these for Christmas. We bought this one for a good friend for his birthday. They all think this is a great grilling tool. They are all grilling enthusiasts which makes it great for the women in the family who aren't kitchen enthusiasts! We would highly recommend this product.
HAD SEEN THIS PRODUCT MANY YEARS AGO AND REGRETED THAT I NEVER BOUGHT IT THEN AND NOW I HAVE ONE FOR MYSELF FOR X-MAS AND GETTING READY TO ORDER A SET FOR MY NIEGHBORS AS A GIFT,, THANK-YOU FOR CARRING THIS ITEM.
This is one of the best presents I gave my husband this year. We have never heard of it, and now we can't imagine grilling without it!
Bought this for my one of my sons Christmas presents and he was sooooo excited over this of all the gifts he received :)
I gave this to my brother for Christmas and he was thrilled! He said a friend of his had one and had recommended it to him, but he wasn't sure where to find it. Of course, cooking.com has it!

For perfect criss-cross grill marks, give your fish, poultry, and meat a quarter turn on each side once it's halfway done cooking.
