Good quality pans of this seize are hard to find. My wife finally bought some Paula Deen cookware and we have started to complete our set with the purchase of this pan and a couple of other pieces. We have used this pan for several different types of foods. It heats evenly, retains heat better than expected, and is extremely easy to clean. What's not to like about the pan?
