Nylon Utensils Ladle by Calphalon

I bought this to replace a cheap ladle I purchased previously from Wal-Mart. This ladle is so sturdy and holds up well to much use and heat. Love it. :)

This fits perfect in my hand. I like the weight of it.

After having this for quit awhile I've only used it a few times. The Calphalon spatula I have has started showing signs of melting where it contacts the fry and grill pan even cooking over a medium flame. I will have to be more carefull with the ladle. I also own Orka silicone utensils and have absolutly no problem with them. They are rated at 600 as opposed to the lower degree temp of the Calphalon.<br><br>Keep away from contact with pots and pans. Never let it stand in a pot or pan. The part of it that is rated at a hi temp is the silicone insert on the handle.<br><br>I only bought it to complete a collection. If not for that I would have either shopped around for a better price or a better made one. Of course I could have continued to use the one I've had for 20+ years.

Definitely a good product. Sturdy, easy to pour. Has a measurement guide.

Heavy duty and look like they will last a long time. only negative is the entire unit is a little top heavy and it will want to fall out of the container if it is low.
