Nouvelle Copper Nonstick Skillet Set (2-pc.) by Anolon

This is an excellent set of skillets. They are on the heavy side which I prefer and, as a probable result, the heat distribution is very even. This set replaced another set (different brand) that was only about six months old. Scrambling eggs in the old set was a disaster, even when seasoning, a good part of the eggs ended up laminated to the non-stick???? like a glue. The egg had to be litterly scrubbed off the non-stick??. With this set a flick of a rubber spatula moves everything around. No more browned and burnt scrambled eggs. Nothing sticks to them... They work so good I am now considering replacing both my 10" and 12" skillets with the same.

The set that I bought exceeded my expectations. These pans control and distribute heat evenly. Non stick serface makes clean-up a breeze. I had 2 older pans of the same size. I threw the old ones out. These new ones have me spoiled. They are great!

these are great pans. period. even heat ensures ease of frying and the non-stick surface is flawless.

These pans are a nice heavy weight and feel substantial. Very easy to keep clean and the non stick surface is great. The fact they can be used in the oven is another bonus. Overall- I would recommend them without reservation.

I have been trying to find non stick fry pans that really are non slip without the use of a spray/oil...these are perfect!
