I love all Calphalon baking pieces- the nonstick is superior and the price is very reasonable for the quality. You just have to take care of the surfaces and wash them gently to maintain the performance.

we leave on the island in the middle of Pacific. Believe me, everything rusts here quickly... so I had to throw my 3-year old dark coated springform pans (one couldn't be opened any more). I couldn't decide at first what to buy - this Calphalon pan or a pan with a glass bottom. In the end I bought Calphalon and I really love it. The quality is excellent - it will definitely last much longer.
