This product performed very well -- much better than my previous roaster. Easy clean up and uniform results on both roast beef and roasted chicken. I have only one complaint -- one of the handles does not lock upright -- otherwise excellent choice.
This is probably the least expensive of the latest in roasting pans. It is absolutely fabulous - turned out an A-1 turkey - and is a snap to clean up.<br>Wonderful addition to my cookware.
This pan is sturdy, roomy and cleans up nicely, highly recommended!!
Good quality pan for the price.
I roasted a succulent, mouth watering, 20 lb turkey in this pan for Christmas. The pan is sturdy, handles well and is beautiful. Clean up exceeded my expectations. I love this pan!

You'll see chicken in the supermarket labeled as broiler-fryer, roaster, or stewing. These terms describe the size, not necessarily concrete rules for their best cooking method. You can stew, fry, or roast any size of chicken, though big roaster chickens can be a little difficult to broil.
