Nonstick Reversible Double Burner Griddle (11x20-in.) by Wisconsin Aluminum

I did not read product description clearly. I wanted "cast iron" to match the "single burner" cast iron gril/griddle I had also purchased. Customer service found a"Lodgecast iron grill/griddle" which I decided to purchase for myself. I was given to option(thank you), to return the nonstick grill but have decided to gift it to my sister. We are all happy..Thank you.

I like this griddle/grill. It works as advertised and is easy cleanup. I live in a dump and this is the nicest thing in the house.

Excellent heavy duty griddle. Not a featherweight but certainly manageable and infinitely easier to work with than cast iron. Bought it because it fit perfectly on my Wolf range top. Does a beautiful job with pancakes. One caution, always use both burners - with just one burner on, it takes too long to get to temperature and the mass of the "cold" side conducts too much heat away from the burner side making cooking a little uneven. It's also made in the USA which is refreshing to see.

Look no further for a reversible griddle! This is the one you have to have! It cooks evenly and is a SNAP to clean!

I have used both the griddle and the grill side and it worked like a champ both times. I did not heat it above medium, and cooked pancakes on the griddle, and later I did hamburgers on the griddle side. Both meals turned out great, and the grill/griddle is a snap to clean. I'm glad I bought it.
