Nonstick Reversible Double Burner Griddle (11x20-in.) by Wisconsin Aluminum

I really like having a grill pan... it makes pancakes, eggs, and meats so much easier. However, I am noticing that the stove grates are affecting the finish. The black finish is rubbing off to a silver due to contact with the stove grates. So far the nonstick ability has only been effected slightly, but it has only been 4 uses.

I bought this in December, anticipating lots of use during the holidays. The griddle/grill pan performed like a champ. I've cooked everything from french toast to burgers to paninis to grilled fish on this thing -- for a crowd or just for one person -- and I've been delighted with the results every time. <br><br>I followed the instructions not to use it on high heat, and I've had no problems with it at all. I also love the quick-defrost capability -- it's saved me on several occasions. <br><br>Great product!

This was just what I was looking for. The griddle/grill gets very hot even on the medium setting and I've been able to grill bruschetta at a relatively low temperature. My kitchen is small, so any item in it has to do double-duty and this does.

love this griddle! Chicken breast, steak, burgers...flip it and make pancakes. everything looks great and tastes delicious. There is much more control than the BBQ especially for chick. And you dont have to go oustide in the snow. A quick and easy way to cook for 6 and everything fits at once. Also cleans up easily. Read the directions/tip sheet - they really work. Also, it is easy to store. I would reccomend this or buy it as a gift for anyone who cooks.

I just recently purchased the Reversible Double Burner Griddle by Wisconsin Aluminum and am very pleased with this item. I have only used it a few times so far, but find it to be a good size, heavy duty, and very important to me, easy to clean. I look forward to using for many years to come.<br><br><br>R.
