I've worked with the larger cups, 6 in a rack, for years. I've always thought they were too large for an average serving. This 12 cup version is called mini but I think the portion size is just right. The popovers 'popped' perfectly, each time and each and every one, and are so easy to make with this pan, there's no need to make poppvers a special ocassion food anymore.
Love this pan!

Very well made. This was my first time at making popovers. They turned out perfect and didn't stick. I really like the mini popover pan.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

When baking muffins, be careful not to overmix or you'll end up with tough, tunnel-y muffins. Use a wooden spoon to gently combine the ingredients in a bowl before adding to the muffin pan.
