I had one of these pans before. I t was given to me by my grandmother. I lent it out to someone and they lost it. I searched for it endlessly. When I found it on ur site, I was so happy. I told a friend and she ordered one too.
they are great if u use them right. remember not to scrub or scrape with sharp tools or chemicals. I hope I have this one as long as I had the other (over ten years!!)

I love the pan! I don't put cherries in the cake, but still works wonderfully for the use. Excellent quality and price! Super happy baker!

I bought this pan to make Pineapple Upside Down Cake for my parents who are 87 and 89. My mom used to make this all the time when we were growing up. This pan is AWESOME! Having the pineapple indentations allowed the batter to fill in all around so it was SO EASY to remove with NO MESS! Easy to clean also. The cake was so much moister due to the shape--everyone loved this cake on Father's Day. It was the first of the desserts to go. I would definetly recommend this pan.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Making a chocolate cake? Instead of buttering-and-flouring a pan, grease with butter, then dust with cocoa powder so you don't have a white flour residue on the outside of your cake.
