It is very east to use, it only takes a couple of omelettes to judge how long to cook after the flip.

We received an omelette pan as a wedding gift 25 years ago and it is starting to fall apart but I've never been able to find one anywhere else. The NordiWare Omellete Maker was just what we needed and it poaches eggs too!

A nice convenience for folding in lots of filling for omelettes. Takes a little practice to get the sides cooked right to allow the top to be flipped in and sealed without over cooking the bottom.
