Nonstick Lasagna Edge Trio Pan (12x15-in.) by Chicago Metallic

I received an email about this pan and I bought it on the spot. Shipping was super fast and being I was having a large family dinner the following week-I ordered another one. The lasagna cooked up so nicely in this pan and the spatula that comes with it made it super easy to remove perfect squares of Lasagne. I liked it because the lasagna stayed together and made a very nice presentation on the plate.

This pan can be used for other things other than lasagna, such as bread or bar cookies etc.

We love this pan so much we bought a second one. This will allow us to prepare lasagna for a larger crowd than just the family. We get nice, uniform pieces each time. The spatula fits the pan perfectly.

the actual size does not make the lasagna large enough for a regular size lasagna.... it doesn't hold enough product ..... the idea is good, just the size is all wrong

This pan is amaaaaaazing- completely nonstick, and with the included spatula is was so easy to serve up! I am thrilled with this pan, and glad I made the purchase.

Dissapointed that the no cook lasagna noodles didn't fit into the pan

I absolutely love this pan, my lasgna comes out perfect and I can make 3 different varities at once. There are so many other uses for this pan too, we are going to try making 3 different style french breads, and other different macaroni dishes. A great value for the price, we will use over and over again!

I made brownies this evening - they turned out great and each brownie will have at least 2 edges. Ymm. The pan is substantial in weight and cleans up in a breeze. The spatula is perfect and am so glad the right size came with the pan. Can't say enough positive about it. This is a keeper in my kitchen!

I think something should be included about baking times and temps. for this pan. I would assume they are a little different from an one section pan (9x13). I could find nothing saying baking times were the same or different. Even older cooks need some input.

Why didn't someone think of this before! Now I can make meat lasagna, cheese lasagna and vegetarian lasagna all at the same time and please everyone and best of all only one pan to clean. Also evertone gets an end piece! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

Just boil the noodels and build the lasagna . Making a small lasagna means less leftovers.

this pan is great for a small family with different tastes. lasagna noodles would have fit better if each section were the same size at the bottom as the top.

I have made lasagna twice already with this pan, and love it. You can make a different kind in each section, or just limit the amount you make by only using 1, 2, or 3 sections.

Some friends have suggested you could make three kinds of brownies or cake by doing a different type in each section. I think it can definitely be used for more than just lasagna.

I love the non-stick surface, and the spatula that came with it makes it easy to remove food from the sections.

This is a great pan although it took me longer than normal to prepare the dish (I used no boil noodles and had to cut to fit). The serving sizes were uniform and the completed dish was great. I like the ability to prepare up to three variations (meat, seafood, veggie).

Nice heavy duty lasagna pan in three sections. Really helpful for making different kinds of lasagna in same pan. Or, making three small meat loaves or other dishes where one pan can serve as three pans. Good quality and it is nice to have the special spatula that fits the pan sections.

You can make three seperate dishes at the same time... not just lasagnas!!

I ordered two of these pans because I Love to make lasagna...and Hate to clean the pan. Also I have friends and family who are vegetarians. This way, I can be versatile with my recipes. The pans cleaned easily and beautifully. The lasagna was perfectly cooked, and the Spatula made for clean, precise cuts and easy serving.

This product is a great idea if you have picky eaters who want their own variety of lasagna. Its well made and seems to be of the highest quality. Mine came with a small dent in one corner but thats minor. This didn't happen duriing shipping. I'll keep it even with the small dent, I like it that much!

This pan is heavy weight. It presents a lot of possibilities in its use. Each section can be used for preparing pasta casseroles with different ingredients - leave broccoli out of one; add to the other. I am also going to try to bake 3 loaves of bread in this. Would also be good for baking.
