Cuisinart completes your kitchen with its new countertop appliances. Part of this new series is its large electric skillet with a cooking surface that's big enough for family breakfasts or a large pot roast with vegetables. It has a smooth, brushed stainless steel exterior with solid cast stainless handles. The powerful, 1500 watts heat up fast and maintain the temperature selected for consistent results. A temperature probe adjusts from Warm to 450 degrees, allowing you to fry, saute, braise or simmer. The nonstick cooking surface eliminates the need for excess butter or oil for healthier cooking. Plus, cleanup is even faster. With the temperature probe removed, the entire skillet is dishwasher-safe.

I really love this !!. I cook entire meals in it.
After having to throw out my original electric skillet I got over 20 years ago, I have gone through two other lesser priced, poorer quality skillets in two years. This one is well worth the money. Even heat, quick to heat up and easy, easy clean up. Wish I had bought this one two years ago.
Should have had this product forty years ago when we were feeding six kids at home.
I have been searching for an appliance to use to fry food outside on the pation. ( I found that frying in the house is a no-no for me.) The skilled met my neeeds perfectly. I reviewed different brands before I decided on this one. I was not disappointed.
My old teflon skillet from the 1960's finally bit the
dust. I searched, and read all the pro and con
comments on all the sites before I decided to purchase from Cooking.com. The skillet was
heavy, with rubber shod feet and didn't slide when
preparing food, it heated evenly over the whole
surface, it was easy to plug in and set temperature
and very easy to wash (dishwasher). It was big..
and just perfect for what I was looking for. Yes
I would buy it again and recommend to others.
The skillet's size makes it an ideal cooking surface. The lid, with its air hole, allows steam to release without water/steam oozing between the lid and skillet during a longer cooking process. It's appearance makes it appropriate for serving at the table.
Amazing electric skillet!!!
I have used it a few times since I purchased it and really like it. It cooks evenly all over and is so easy to clean. It's nice and sturdy so it doesn't slide around when you're turning food or pushing it around. Excellent product.
I have used this only once so far (on Christmas day) and it was wonderful - easy to clean both inside and outside due to the brushed stainless steel finish. It has the added bonus of heating up quickly and then you can keep in on the "warm" setting for when you are ready to serve. The oval shape is also a bonus for cooking fish fillets which don't fit in a round pan too well.
Built to last, sturdy, easy to clean, great size for use for family get togethers, can even use to fry fish, onion rings chicken, Love it!
I have used the skillet several times since my purchace and find no faults with it. It has good capacity, and holds the temp setting well.
My husband and I both enjoy cooking and have enjoyed this product immensely. It is shaped to where we can cook a lot at once which saves us time, where we found other electric skillets to be too small and had to cook many batches. Clean up is very easy and I must say my hubby is quite the Type "A" personality and likes his kitchen extremely clean and especially the appliances. We also like the way the lid fit so tight and snug. Overall, it is a perfect product and especially for the money.
This order was for a Christmas gift because I loved the one I got for my birthday in November so much. It cleans up very easily, cooks evenly and has quiet rubber feet. It is the best!
It is wonderful. It is a little more than I would have wanted to spend but I'm so glad that I did. It's beautiful!
An outstanding skillet; the best we have ever owned!
I have owned probably 3-4 skillets before this one that cost less, but didn't last very long. This skillet is well worth the money - it cooks evenly, cleans up easily, and looks good too.
AFFORDABLE HIGH QUALITY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS WHO ARE INTERESTING IN THE BEST FRIED FOODS POSSIBLE. G. RONALD McCLURE
Way above average in both appearance and performance...a great electric skillet!
I'm very impressed with it!
It's extremely versatile. I wanted something I could use for pancakes as well as skillet lasagna. This is it!
The heat distribution--terrible on other griddles and skillets I've used--isn't bad at all, and the glass cover and stainless steel construction adds to the quality.
Finally I think I have found an electric skillet that I truly love and is a good product.
