Nordicware Scone Pan
by Candace, TN

Like this pan for baking my scones. Not heavy like cast iron but still gives them that nice crispy exterior and soft interior -like the ones from my favorite bakery. The scones are smaller in size but I like that. They came out of the pan easy although I always give a light spray with Pam. Easy to clean. Think it will do well with other things too like cornbread. Almost didn't get it because I thought it was overpriced but I'll get my money out of it.

nice pan
by Jennifer, MD

Pan works well. I know you technically don't need a special pan for scones but I find having the pan much easier than trying to make the dough into a circle and cut it correctly. The pan bakes very evenly and the scones come out easily. It cleans up easily and quickly as well.

Scottish Scone Pan
by Marcia, IA

I have made blueberry and raspberry scones since I received the pan.. It is a wonderful pan and I'm baking perfect scones every time. They come out of the pan with ease and look like I ordered them at a restaurant.I never used to like scones. I always thought they were too dry but these come out moist and yummy. I would recommend this scone pan without reservation. Marcia<br>
