I was very disappointed to find out these are not broiler safe. I'll still use them but one of the main reasons I bought them was to use in the sheet pan under the broiler.
I wish you would include this in your product information so I would not buy it in the first place and only learn of the restrictions after it arrives.

This product exceeded my expectations. I can put heavy-hot pans on this rack and the center does not sag to the counter top. Great for carrying big steaks, fish or any product for that matter outside to the grill. Great rack -- I am purchasing another one.
