For corner brownie fans and chewy edge lovers, it’s a dream come true -- a gourmet brownie pan that adds two chewy edges to every serving! It’s the Edge Brownie Pan from Baker’s Edge, and it’s the first (and only) brownie pan specifically designed for chewy edge lovers. The pan’s patented sidewalls also improve baking performance by circulating heat evenly to the pan’s middle, where food typically takes longer to bake. Its 9” x 12” x 2” size is a perfect fit for box mixes, as well as most recipes sized for 9” x 9” and 9” x 13” conventional pans. The pan also has a quality nonstick coating and smooth, round corners so it’s always easy to clean. Hefty cast aluminum construction ensures superior durability, and the unique recessed handles make the pan easy to grab when it’s turned upside down.

Widely acclaimed for its innovation and quality since its launch in 2006, the Edge Brownie Pan has quickly become one of the most talked-about new products in bakeware. The pan has received rave reviews by more than 200 magazines, newspapers, and blogs.

Units are individually boxed and come complete with a gourmet recipes insert and a custom nylon spatula.

Not Satisfied

I bought this pan for my mom as a Christmas present...she is always eating the edges out of her brownie pans and I thought that this would be perfect. However, after multiple attempts with the pan, we discovered than instead of making ALL edges, it makes NO edges. The only time it made the edges chewy as promised was when we completely overcooked the brownies. I am really disappointed with this purchase.

Way too time consuming to put in the pan

Although it cooks beautifully, but not any better than in a regular pan, it does come out of the pan good, but there again not any better than in a regular pan. It does have crispy sides, but guess that's not a big deal once you've tasted it. The recipes are great, but bet they'd be the same in a regular pan. It takes more time to put the batter in the pan so you don't get it on the side as it's a very narrow space to spread the dough into. I guess I wouldn't get the pan again, not a good value and seems to be more of a gimmic.

Unsatisfied for the price

This brownie pan is overpriced and the brownies were too dry when following box directions. Time should be lowered for the recipe I think. The pan may be too big for a regular box brownie mix. Two batches turned out to be dry by two different people in two different ovens.

The Edge Brownie Pan is great! I did, however, make the recipe for brownies that came with the product....icky. I am an edge lover, so this is perfect...lasagna or some other saucy bake would be good. It is a little expensive for something I don't use that often.

Good for making persimmon puddings
by Phyllis, NC

Southern people love persimmon pudding, but the favorite part is the edge. I used this pan to do a pudding, and the edges turned out great.

The pan is a nice heavy-duty pan, and it cooked evenly. The only concern was that the bottom didn't get good and brown.
