Also have used this product and have been pleased.
this is the first one I got and it seems to be a good product. It works the way it should. I got this one because of the brand, Fiberware. I have some pots and pans that have lasted me for years, so I figured I stick with it.

I have used the 9-in. springform pan to make cheesecakes and a torte, and they have all baked evenly and turned out beautifully.

One way to ensure a beautiful cheesecake is to properly care for your springform pan.To prevent warping, make sure to always position it on a flat surface before opening. Simply holding it in mid-air while opening will cause the pan to lose its perfectly round shape. When finished, be sure to wash by hand and let air-dry on dish towel placed on a flat surface. Store the pan in a box or other safe place so it won't risk getting dented by your other cookware or bakeware items.
