This mini muffin tin is heavy weight, really high quality and works great! No need for liners, the nonstick surface really works. I can't recommend it highly enough!

When baking muffins, be careful not to overmix or you'll end up with tough, tunnel-y muffins. Use a wooden spoon to gently combine the ingredients in a bowl before adding to the muffin pan.
