this cooling rack is great the product is heavy and strong not cheap and flexable. It also sets nicly inside the cookie sheet that i use to bake my ribs with.

these sturdy coated awesome racks really do fit in the traditional baking pan and I can't wait to use them to cook bacon in the oven with the rack inserted into the cooking sheet.
